The Model Atlas helps you discover AI tools. Each provider sets its own prices, access limits, privacy practices, and terms. Check those details before using a service.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of themodelatlas.com, referred to here as “The Model Atlas” or “the directory.” By using the directory, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
The directory provides information and links for discovering third-party AI services. Browsing it does not create an account with an AI provider, purchase a subscription, or grant access to a provider’s models or API.
2. Listings and free access
Descriptions, categories, model names, and source-check dates are provided for general information. We aim to keep them useful and accurate, but information can become outdated or contain errors.
“Free” may refer to a limited plan, public demo, free access, or one-time credits. Availability can depend on region, age, account status, demand, or other conditions set by the provider. A listing does not guarantee unlimited use, permanent access, free API access, commercial rights, or eligibility for a particular offer.
Check the provider’s current product pages, pricing, privacy policy, and terms before signing up, uploading information, or paying. Our research methodology explains how we describe and check listings.
3. Third-party services
External websites and AI tools are operated by their respective providers. Their own terms govern your use of their services. We do not control their availability, security, generated output, billing, or handling of your information.
Inclusion in the directory is not a certification, partnership, or guarantee of a tool’s suitability. Evaluate outputs and sources for your own purpose. Directory content is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other specialist advice.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse the directory and share links to its pages. Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or place excessive load on its infrastructure. Do not impersonate the directory or misrepresent an affiliation with it.
Respect applicable intellectual-property rights when reusing content. These terms do not grant a license to republish the directory as a competing bulk dataset or use third-party brand assets beyond permissions provided by their owners or applicable law. Nothing here restricts rights or exceptions that the law gives you.
5. Names, logos, and content
Product names, logos, and trademarks identify their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply endorsement. Original editorial content, page design, and other site materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.
Provider links and quotations retain their original attribution. You are responsible for obtaining any permission needed for your own use of third-party material.
6. Availability and responsibility
The directory is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Listings and features may be updated or removed.
You are responsible for your decisions about third-party tools. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Model Atlas is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate listings, unavailable services, or your use of third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains the directory’s browsing, analytics, and service-provider practices. We may revise these terms as the website changes. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date and will apply prospectively, subject to any requirements of applicable law.
